Again and again

All Manchester United seem to be able to do is draw. They drew against PSV Eindhoven, they drew against Leicester and now they’ve drawn against West Ham.

No goals were scored by either side. United had 21 shots at goals, yet only a mere one shot was on target. If that doesn’t spell ‘disappointment’ then I don’t know what does.

Van Gaal believes that  creating chances is key to scoring goals. Somehow, this wasn’t evident in this match. Perhaps he needs to rethink how his team execute these opportunities.

Manchester United have dropped to fourth place on the PL table as they only managed to gain one out of three available points. They are sliding down. They can’t afford to draw again.
