Nicked it

Manchester City were set to win their game against Sunderland. Admittedly, it was not without a few wobbles.

No goals were scored in the first half, but five came in the second. Yaya Touré scored the first goal for Man City in the 57th minute. Jovetic then doubled the lead in the 66th.

Despite their goals, Manchester City still conceded. They started without their usual goalkeeper, Joe Hart, and it showed! Rodwell scored a goal for Sunderland as a quick response to the previous goal scorer. Johnson then converted a penalty in the 71st minute to put Sunderland level!

Manchester City were almost about to revisit the awful fate which they encountered last weekend. That was until Lampard scored the winner in the 73rd moment!

A lot of action in such little time. With those results it won’t be surprising if Chelsea are replaced at top spot on the Premier League table!
