Manchester City, the Premier League champions, seem to be getting themselves back into the spirit of things. They showed no mercy in their game against Sunderland and they seem keen to track down Chelsea!
Wickham scored the first goal of the match for Sunderland in the 19th minute. This lead did not even hinder Man City or prevent them from moving forward.
Agüero equalised for Manchester City just two minutes later! Then as the clock reached 39, Jovetic doubled the lead for City.
In the second half, City powered in another two goals. Zabaleta made it three for City in the 55th minute and who else, but Agüero could score the final goal later in the game.
Manchester City are only six points behind the leaders, Chelsea. If anyone’s after the Blues, it’s them!
